• Where is the store based?

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  We sure do!

  Orders that are shipped to countries outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. Since customs policies vary from country to country, we cannot predict what they may be and encourage you to contact your local customs office for further information.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  We make every effort to get your order to you quickly and efficiently. Weekday orders are processed within 48 hours of being placed, unless notified otherwise, while evening and weekend orders are processed on the following business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email, along with a USPS tracking number, once your package is on its way!

  Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.

  While we do our very best to ensure your package arrives safe and sound, and in a timely fashion, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.

• Can you do custom orders?

  We definitely can!

  Because we keep such a wide selection of amazing jewelry in stock, it's kind of impossible for us to have it all listed here. If you're looking for something specific, or would like something you've seen here but in a different size or material, feel free to contact us and we will do everything we can to work with you!
